The new identity for ‘Shepparton Food Share’ has been designed with a strong visual recall and versatility in mind.

Drawing inspiration from elements that represent a meal, produce and reducing food waste, a strong visual has been designed to be both modern and memorable.

The brand name is presented in a ‘relaxed’ typeface (font) which is bold without the formality of a ‘corporate’ look.

The design works well in either 2 colour or mono-colour... This increases versatility in its usage across various mediums whilst maintaining brand integrity.

The Brief:

New Identity for: Effortless.Dev

Effortless Dev is a new initiative to help reduce the effort in software development.

Primarily focusing on a informative Podcast series aimed to help software developers refine their process and systems and reduce the effort it takes to manage and develop teams and software projects.

The new identity is to be clean, versatile and recognisable. Initially targeting software developers and/or managers the design should portray a sense of professionalism. i.e. ‘Experts in the field of effortless development’.

The design needs to scale across all mediums; from small social media icons, to digital screens and possibly up to large scale print / signage.

The Solution:

The Effortless Dev logo has been designed to be; Clean & Striking.

A vivid Yellow and contrasting ‘charcoal’ (Grey) colour combination has been used to maximise contrast to help stand out. This work well when used small or in icon form.

A ‘bubblised’ form has been used fro the background of the icon. This injects a sense of fun / non-conformitive and adds a relaxed feel. This element can add a subtle connection when used in podcast artwork and other brand and marketing artwork.

The design is versatile as the colours can be ‘reversed’ to maximise impact on either light & dark backgrounds.

The Google font ‘Poppins’ was selected for readability and easy integration for website and documentation. This will help provide a level of consistency accross your brand, marketing and communications.

New Identity for: Tree Solutions North East

Tree Solutions North East provides complete tree services from planting, to maintenance, to removal. An ‘all round’ service.

A new logo / identity is required to help modernise the business and lift their profile in a ‘competitive’ marketplace. It was discussed the design is to be have impact whilst maintaining a ‘professional’ feel. The existing logo has been used for many years and it was suggested to incorporate existing colours of ‘Orange’ and ‘Deep Green’ to help connect the transition where possible.

The new identity is to be versatile and suitable to be used across all mediums including; large billboards, vehicle signage, down to small social media icons.

Westwood Rise is a new land development project in Mooroopna.

A new logo is required to help identify the sub-division for marketing and sales. Youngs & Co Real Estate will be the exclusive selling agency and it is important the logo compliments the Youngs & Co Real Estate existing branding. It was suggested to use the current Young & Co colour set.

The Solution:

The new, ‘Westwood Rise’ logo has been designed; clean and simple.

Using clean shapes to create a visually balanced icon that symbolises ‘Autumn Trees’.

The ‘Master’ font and colour set has been selected to match existing Youngs & Co Real Estate Branding.

The design is versatile as it can be used in its icon form or displayed either vertically or horizontally. In it simplicity, the design offer options for use on both dark and light background whilst maintaining its design integrity.

The Brief:

New Identity for: Emerald Bank Estate

‘Emerald Bank Estate’ is a multi lot land development project adjacent to the exiting Emerald Bank precinct which includes; ‘Motor Museum, The Woolshed, Riverside Garden Complex.

The new development will have mixture of lot types; some lots with lake views and some lots with bushland views. Lot sizes are generous in size and well suited to family living.

A new identity is required to showcase Emerald Bank Estate as a desirable location. Connection with lake and/or bush views was discussed although the design needs to be kept clean, simple and easy to identify. It was also discussed that elements of an original windmill logo could be considered although must not compromise the design. The design needs to connect with modern families.

Use of ‘Emerald Green’ colour is to be considered in the design.

New Identity for: Outback Properties

OPRE is a property / real estate business with established office servicing wider Narre Warren region and new office servicing Greater Shepparton / regional Victoria. OPRE describes themselves as; ethical, approachable and diligent in their processes. Their softer (less aggressive) approach helps build rapport with vendors, buyers and investors and have actively support local communities.

The new logo/identity is to be clean, versatile and easily recognisable. It is to portray a sense of sophistication / class whist maintaining a sense of professionalism. The design needs to work well across all mediums; From large Billboard signage to small social media icons.

It is preferable to maintain the current ‘bold red’ colour and a Dark Navy Blue and/or Dark Grey also to be considered to match existing colour pallet.

The Solution:

The new, ‘Outback Properties Real Estate’ logo has been designed; Bold & Striking.

An new icon has been designed using clean, flowing lines forming a continuous circle. This circular icon symboling a ‘complete solution’ for buyers & sellers. Combining the new icon with a bold typeface (font), the new logo design demands attention whilst maintaining a sense of professionalism.

A revised colour pallet has been selected to compliment existing colour Red and a dark Navy Blue to provide high contrast to help readability when viewed from distance.

The design is versatile with options that scale for different size options. This allows for maximum flexibility whilst maintaining brand integrity. Elements of the Icon can be used throughout marketing to help connection and consistency.

‘Freeman’s Bakery’, Shepparton needed some help to ‘freshen’ their image of their cafe. The name ‘Freeman’ is a well know name for quality cakes and pies dating back to when it was first established in 1963. A new logo and menu design was required to help reconnect customers with the tradition of ‘Freeman’s’ in the Shepparton area.

The Solution:

The new logo and menu boards were designed to be; clean and modern. Incorporating ‘A Shepparton Tradition’ helps connect customers to the well established business, well known for its quality cakes & pies.

The new design is a simple transition from their old logo to a new modern design, increasing readability and portraying a sense of tradition with a warm, friendly feel.

The new ‘Power ’n’ Play’ logo is to be clean, versatile and recognisable. It is to portray a sense of boldness and strength whilst maintaining a sense of professionalism. The intent is to eventually have multiple store outlets/locations so the design needs to look professional and consistent when compared to larger, franchise opposition. The design is to work well across all mediums; From large Billboard signage to small social media icons.

It was discussed to consider using blue colour tones as currently used by Shepparton Mowers & Leisure although a variation on this will be considered. It’s important the colours chosen are to compliment supplier brands.
